Carriage Terms

UK Delivery

Carriage is free on all orders over £100 when delivery is requested anywhere on the UK Mainland (delivery within 3-5 working days). 

Please note that deliveries are not currently available to Northern Ireland, Ireland or the Channel Islands.

Shipping Policy

Please note that deliveries are to the kerbside only. Please ensure you have the necessary ability and equipment (if required) to move the items into your property. 

(a) The Company will use all reasonable endeavours to make delivery by the quoted or required date, but shall have no liability to the Buyer for any delay in delivery (unless time of delivery is expressly made essence of the contract in which event if delivery is late the Company will accept the return of the goods if unused and refund their purchase price paid but shall have no further liability).

(b) Where the Company agrees to deliver the Goods to the Buyer this shall be to the nearest point on a roadway suitable in the opinion of the driver for the vehicle used.

(c) In the event of a driver being requested to enter onto private property, the property owner shall accept responsibility and agree that the company will incur no liability in regard to any damage caused as a result.

(d) The Company reserves the right at any time prior to delivery of the Goods to adjust the price to take account of any increase in the cost of raw materials, freight, labour or services, war risk insurance rate, tax duty levy imposed on the Goods, currency fluctuations affecting the cost of imported materials, or any other change.

(e) The Company does not undertake to deliver or collect any load over roads or ground which it considers unsuitable and accepts no responsibility for damage to roads, driveways or paved areas, save where such damage is occasional by proved negligence of a Company servant. All necessary labour and equipment required to unload materials promptly shall be supplied by the Buyer and the responsibility of the Company’s drivers is limited to handling goods off the vehicle

(f) Delivery dates are estimates only and time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract.

(g) For the avoidance of doubt and without derogation from any other provision of these Terms the Company shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever whether direct or consequential (including the avoidance of doubt any liability to any third party) resulting from any delay of the Goods within a reasonable time whether such delay or failure is caused by the Company’s negligence or otherwise howsoever.

(h) The costs of any abortive delivery will be charged to the Buyer.

Polite Notice:

On Receipt Of Your Order

Please check the contents thoroughly, any damage must be noted on signature at the time of delivery. If any of the packages are damaged, or you suspect damage of any kind, clearly write DAMAGED on the paperwork or refuse the whole delivery. Please advise us immediately of any delivery received damaged, or items missing. Claims may not be accepted if the above procedures are not followed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return or cancel a purchase Dellonda Ltd will exchange or refund items within 30 days of delivery (subject to the below conditions).

In order to return an item please use the ‘Returns’ function above and follow the instructions. We will then send you an authorisation reference, this reference must accompany the product being returned. You can also contact us by email ( or telephone (01752 751136) to arrange the same.


You will be responsible for paying the return carriage costs for your item(s) unless the goods are faulty. You can arrange this yourself using your chosen courier (we would always recommend a tracked service as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit).

Palladium Ltd must receive any proposed returns within 30 days of your original receipt of the goods. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of the goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with the seals and labels intact. Palladium Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund request or to make an appropriate deduction for goods that are returned without their original packaging or that have parts and/or instruction manuals missing. Any such deduction would be taken from the amount due to be refunded, this would be communicated accordingly.


To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please await confirmation of a return acceptance email before proceeding with any returns.

Subject to the above criteria being met, once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.


Once approved your refund will be credited to the original payment card/method, this may take up to 14 days to process.

Please note that several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable software products.

  • Some health and personal care items.

Not received your refund yet?

Please allow 14 days for refunds to be processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please first double check the account that you made the initial purchase with.

If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at and we will investigate straightaway.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Upon receipt of your order please carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure that they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete please ensure that you refuse delivery of the goods.

If for any reason you believe your product to be damaged or defective please notify us immediately (within 24hrs of receipt of your order) by email ( or telephone (01752 751136). We may request photographs or further information in order to help us resolve the issue as swiftly as possible for you.
